RCA, Victor, and Edison on the same machine tag dated Feb 1, 1884. Eldridge Johnson was about 17, Sarnoff wasn't born, and RCA wouldn't be formed for nearly another 35 years, and poor, poor, poor Nipper was just a weaning pup whose famous trademark iconic fame was still some 14 years in the future.
