Greetings, Does anyone here have experience recreating the brownish-black finish found on the Edison Opera and Amberola 1B mandrel? It appears to be a chemical finish on the brass surface as opposed to a plated finish. I'd be most grateful to talk to someone who has first-hand experience or can refer me to the right person. Zonophone Concert Rear Mount with metal bedplate. This is the sister of the above machine. The Body is identical to the front mount excepth the crank is on the opposite side and there is a back bracket and tone arm. This is a 100% original machine as well with the small all brass zonophone horn and original finish and decals. Asking $1800 9.
