Can we also assume that you are not maintaining Paul's blacklist? If he decided he didn't like what you had to say, he'd kill your membership and put you on his blacklist. As many of us remember, this list was founded as a response to that and other unsavory practices of Paul's. So at least several of us might be prevented from joining if the blacklist still exists. I'd like to be able to participate on phonolist under my own name again, having been forced by this policy to ruse my way back in after displeasing him and getting 86'd, at around the time phono-L was born.
