Hi Friends,

And the Graphophone K winner's Identity is f***o. According the eBay's
Bid History, yes this winner's identity is f***o, from New Bedford, MA. He
has won 1773 other items, has earned a red star, 100% positive rating, blah
blah. So there youj have it, right from eBay f***o. How appropriate.

Have fun,

Jack

Gosh! I guess I am too much into Edridge Johnson's products, but what is
so special about this K? I am not much of a cylinder player collector even
though I have some Edisons in my collection.

Maybe this is where Kellogg's got the notion...Special k...@#@!

Thanks for the information.

Very early 1895 Bell -Tainter Patent perfected Graphophone made in Washington
D.C.. American Graphophone product. Others can be more specific. These machines
very seldom come up for sale. Very very rare.

---------------
yes, the upper chassis was originally on a Tainter (foot) Treadle machine.
There were spring-wind and electric K's. Serial #s usually in the low
20,000 range.

Bruce, I just bought one yesterday at an estate sale. I offered $200 and it was
accepted. It's a pretty scarce machine. Harvey Kravitz

Can anyone give me a current ballpark figure on a Triumph B, horizontal
carriage with "O" reproducer, oak cygnet horn, and with matching Herzog oak
round front cylinder cabinet. All very nice and completely original. Cabinet
has original pegs and all shelves also. A friend is considering selling and I
would like to make a fair offer. Thanks.
