[Phono-L] Edison Blue Amberol Boxes needed

Hello all
I am in need of 40 Blue Amberol boxes, the late ones (orange). Can anyone fill 
this need? Or maybe several people? Lids would be nice but are not absolutely 
necessary. Does anyone know if Burdette Walters still makes repros, or does 
anyone have any?
