[Phono-L] HMV Slots

The slots are to store Tungs-tone needle tins vertically. If the hole has a 
flat bottom it indeed where the used needle receiver goes. If rounded, it's 
to be filled with fresh steel needles. Usually the slots have a metal trim 
piece around them.
