I've always wonder why UPS or any shipper doesn't have a specialty handling charge. How many buy a rare item that needs to be shipped and wouldn't be glad to pay extra? I would. Say it is a small package worth $1500. Shipping and worthless insurance $20.00 I'd pay $50 if you got it to me in one piece, maybe more! Hell it's worth that if they would acknowledge what FRAGILE means and treat it so... On the scale that UPS ships could you imagine the extra money............for doing what they ought to do.
