If someone has the Victor Red Seal Discography Volume 1 they could look it up. I looked in the Encyclopedic Discography of Victor Recordings, and I find nothing about your recording there. I did see that Ruffo recorded 3 takes of Toreador Song in 1923, but those matrices appear to have been destroyed and never released. The Encyclopedic Discography is current for domestic matrices through March 31st, 1924. If this was a Gramophone recording - maybe it has not been entered yet. At any rate - if none of Ruffo's first three Victor takes of Toreador were released, and considering that the red seals went double sided in 1925 or so - maybe this recording was in between 1923 and 1925. I did find this very record on Youtube - but no helpful info there. Lovely recording though.
