Nothing previously on the doors, sorry. I have brought in some more machines recently though. Tell me again what it was you required and I can start a new search for you.
I'm not sure how to start telling about the repeater. I bought mine as a loose box of parts many years ago and had to figure out how to mount and use it on my Triumph back then. It was pretty much self explanatory. The setting/stops might be the biggest point of walking you through setting them. Try playing around with it and then ask me questions maybe. I'll do my best to help you figure it out. The long course screw mounted at the front edge of the bed plate picks up the carriage by way of the arm with the little flipper like thing at the end of it. This arm mounted to the carriage along with this feed screw like devise lifts the carriage then returns it to the starting point preset for the cylinder record. It'll repeat over and over as long as the motor continues to run. I'm sorry, but no I have no literature Thank you, George Vollema Great Lakes Antique Phonograph 231-652-5753 www.victroladoctor.com ----- Original Message ----- From: harvey kravitz To: Antique Phonograph List Sent: Saturday, July 31, 2010 2:15 PM Subject: [Phono-L] Edison Triumphwith repeater Hi fellow collectors, Last week I hit pay dirt. I got a call from an antique store to come over to check out an Edison phonograph. It turned out to be a Model B Triumph with a repeating attachment. No reproducers came with it, but a 4 min. recorder with the green stain on it. It came with the original chip brush, and an old bottle of graphite. The lid even came with the wooden arches that was used for packing. I was very lucky to get this machine so cheap. Any of you folks out there have any information on these repeaters? I'd like to know the history and how to operate them. Also, if any of you collectors have any literature or instructions on how to operate the repeater. I would gladly compensate for copies of it. Thanks in advance for your help.
