Wow, what a fantastic tour!! I have a video that I recorded when I visited Dave Heitz back in 1991. He used to open the barn where he had most of his collection up to people to come visit, but it was usually closed at some parts of the year. In March of 1991 I turned 30, and a mutual friend called to see if he'd open up for us as a birthday treat for me. Generously, he did, so three fiends and I went visiting. He allowed me to record his collection with the condition that he not be in the video and that he didn't want to see it on TV or anything at the time. I will never forget his generosity in doing that for me. He also sold me some great records for what I considered bargain prices. He was a nice man. John Robles
