There are several subtle hints this one may not be what it appears to be.  The 
speed control is one, the reproducer another.....the 14X14 footprint is 
correct, however. Hmmmm.

Is it possible that a late Victor would have a speed control with the
indicator window?  It does have a late serial number and the drop in elbow
but I have never seen one with the speed indicator.  Or, is it a very well
done Crap-o-phone case?
