That is a Victor Jr. It could also have a morning glory type horn with that
same ball socket. The reproducer (missing in the photo) would have been
marked "Victor Jr".

You'll notice in the bike shop photo, the phonograph that the men are
clustered around at the back right of the photo (actually the front of the
store) is fitted with an 'Ideal Self-Supporting Horn'.
