Yes, to stabilize delams use "Weldbond" glue - important to use this brand,
since it adheres to plastic and paper - it also works great as a wood glue. It
is a white glue that dries clear and flexible. Use toothpicks to carefully
raise the delam area and keep it open.
Put a glob of glue on a paper plate or other disposable surface and push the
glue into the recesses of the delam area with the flat side of a wood toothpick
or something else that is thin and flexible. Important: Wipe any excess glue
off the record before it dries with a moist paper towel. If the delam curls up,
tape it flat with a piece of cellophane tape until the glue dries. This method
has worked for me on several occasions and hopefully it will be successful for
you.
