Craigslist is similar to New Zealands version of TradeMe. A very thoughtful soul, who subscribes to this list, sent me a link to Craigslist. A Victor machine was advertised. It turned out to be somthing I was after. After a while, I was begining to wonder! Then I got a reply! Was sent loads of shots of the machine! Made several calls to the US via my "Talk n Save Card, and talked endlessly to the lady! In the meantime, many tyre kickers said "Oh Yes",Will come and have a look",. For one such guy, he was a little to late, adding that he "might", pay the price I was asking for it. CHEEKY! TO TOO LATE, I bought it, sent the money, via a wire to the Bank of America. The other proposed buyer, indeed was P****D OFF!! YOU SNOOSE, YOU LOOSE! I sent a photo of myself, and collection, maybe this helped! Infact she stated" I would make a good friend" . So all is not bad. When I buy somthing I like to make contact with the seller, personallly, via the phone! Another sold me hi s familys Columbia BKT rear mount, and delivered personally to my shipper! Has the Candy Apple Red Horn. Yummy! Hi, Harvey Kavitz, I got another cabinet for my Victor 1, all the way from Spain! Coming over for Union next year. Need to know how to get there? Collectors to meet, along the way! Plus things you recommend me to see. Will be around the end of May. Just love that American Hospitality. Here is my correct email address By the way it just hours away for the last match of the Rugby Cup World Final!!!! Looking forward to hearing from you! :) [email protected] _______________________________________________ Phono-L mailing list http://phono-l.org
