Need an adapter to play Standard records or others with 1/2" or 3/4" spindle
holes? Go to your local tire store and ask for throwaway tire valve stems. The
large rubber end which holds the stem in the tire makes a great record adapter.
Use a razor blade or box cutter to slice the large end off. The stem hole fits
a standard size spindle and depending on whether you place it "round side" up -
it fits 3/4" holes - or round side down - it fits 1/2" holes and it also works
great as a record hold down for Hit Of The Week cardboard records or other
paper type children's records. Try it and see what you think....Curt
