The date of your brochure would be between March 13, 1930 (when the marketing of the theremin was officially transferred to the Victor division of RCA), and sometime between March and July 1931, when the theremin project came to a close. There was only one theremin sold in 1931 according to RCA records, so it seems most likely that your brochure dates from 1930.
