Hello all
Happy Father's Day!
I was at a local garage sale yesterday, and I found this Edison A250 Diamond
Disc phonograph.  The cabinet is very early, and has the slots in the side like
the Amberola 1A. It has been refinished, and the front panel lid is broken
across the middle. It was repaired fairly well before refinishing. I think the
cabinet was locked and rather than use a hacksaw blade stuck in between the lid
and lip of the cabinet to cut the lock tongue, someone used a pry bar and broke
the lid.
I would be buying it for resale as I have no room to keep it. I could sell it
at a very low price, like $250. Since I don't have room for it in my
collection, I don't want to store it for a long time. I want to turn it over
fairly quickly. If someone here wants it i can take it to CAPS in August.
Look at the pics and give me your opinions!

Thanks
John Robles
