I recall when I was originally studying this question (lines under the D), that I had found the last/highest # of lines to be 22. Please check your data and I will check my memory. ;-) My chronological data per se may well require adjustment (by year-range), but for some reason, each time-period the scroll decals were made, they added "4" lines.
