The conductor's name was James Morley Chambers, and the band was one year old
in 1924. The third line on the label is "North Adams, Mass." The piece is a
march by William H. Mackie (1859-1929), who went under several pseudonyms,
including Mackie-Beyer. He was an arranger for J. W. Pepper. PC

I searched the web and found this. Copyright Shirley Bruso 2001. Also gives
 email to contact her.

I can read Special Release, Duruy High School Band and On To Panama. The
rest of the print is unclear.

Anyone know the record number or have it in their collection?
