They did. I have the remnants of part of one, specifically for the Grafonola 75. It is a single sheet, roughly letter sized, folded to make a small booklet of 4 pages. I suspect there may have been another spread of 4 as there are staple holes on the surviving sheet. Additional spreads may have been included, but I can't be sure.
There is also a multi-model booklet in reproduction often for sale on eBay.
