Just click "Contact Seller" on Ebay.   Eduardo Portillo has a reputation for 
very fine work, from what I've 
read.  Check the Talking Machine Forum for several testimonials - search for 
"eduardo" or "Peru" ...

Here's a sample, this one about an new "Music Master" oak horn with 
user-painted elbow (a fantastic job on the 
elbow, too ! )
