It's a model phonograph available at WalMart.com, Ebay and Amazon, among others. It's called a 1911 Cream Edison Opera Phonograph, and the review describes an Edison Opera with traversing mandrel. ONly the model is of a disc machine with a Pathe type front-facing reproducer and a Victor logo on the cabinet. I wrote a scathing review on Amazon.com.
