Ron, Was just looking over my door hardware and the photos you sent. Have you ever removed the door from your unit? I curious as to how the bottom hinge/pivot function. I have a pair of, what appears to be, identical pieces as the ones installed on the bottom 2X4. They also look like the ones that are recessed into the door sides in your photo, but I'm not sure how they would function together.

I had a crank that had a female end that would accept a 3/8" piece of "all thread" but the outside diameter was too large for the decorative escutcheon plate that mounts over the hole in the cabinet. Don't happen to have a photo of the details of the front door, would you. All I have is what appears to be piece of 2X4 that fits in the bottom, with a couple of pieces of hardware on it. They are supposed to be the same except for decorative parts. Could you use a Victor crank and re-therad it? Door dimensions: 17 1/8 wide, 20 9/16 high, 3/4" thick including the veneer. It looks like there is a taper on the top so the backside dimension for the height would be a little less.
