Quite a few of these :

WARNING: Existing lock file /usr/local/tomcat6/bin/repository/.lock
detected. Repository was not shut down properly.
Feb 25, 2010 10:57:48 AM org.apache.jackrabbit.core.util.RepositoryLock
acquire

If I stop the webapp, stop tomcat, remove the lock and restart, within a few
seconds the log is filling up
with the same error.
