Here I'm attaching a patch with Authorization logic.
I have implemented two special roles SuperAdminGroup and BlockedUserGroup,
where the users in the SuperAdminGroup will have all the rights and the users
in the BlockedUserGroup can have restricted/no rights to access albums
Meanwhile each role CAN have a "_all" entry which infarct refer to all
resources(albums)
Please review this, and if there any issues or suggestions please report to me.
I'll try to fix them.
