Bug description: Apache doesn't start if PHP with IBM DB/2 support is included as a
module

Hi there,

I'm wondering why this is not in the database already as it's very
disappointing and there have been lots
of reports on this in various newsgroups.

If PHP is compiled with ibm-db2-support and as a module to Apache, Build
and everything will work fine,
but Apache crashes 100% reproducible when loading the module. If it is
compiled in statically, it works
fine. This has been the case at least since 4.0.3pl1 (that's when I can
remember testing it ;-) and with
different versions of DB2 ranging from 6.0 to 7.1. According to newgroups
it's not only on Linux but
I cannot confirm that from personal experience (meaning I don't have any).
Sadly I wasn't able to trace
it down more specifically.
