Here the followin step in the make

7.2 but give the following Warning on Solaris 8

Using the third argument of 'AC_DEFINE' and 'AC_DEFINE_UNQUOTED' allows
to define a template with 'acconfig.h' ......

On Solaris gcc include, autoconf, m4 have been adjusted nd installed
according to the requirement
