Bug description:  unable to use sybase functions 

Gentlemens!  I 've got a very big problem that graduatly murdered me. I
cannot link a sybase interface to PHP 4.0. I did all with php.ini file but
nothing changed.After I uncommented extension with php_sybase_ct it began
show me message 'unable to load library'. If the only somebody knows how
mount sybase functions to PHP (under Apache 1.3)under Windows please reply
me.
