The version of php4apache/apache2 modules which are included in PHP4
4.2.1/Win32 is 4.2.0, NOT 4.2.1

I am receiving those messages whenever I start Apache Service.
------------------------------------
gd: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with module API=20020429, debug=0, thread-safety=1
PHP compiled with module API=20010901, debug=0, thread-safety=1
These options need to match
------------------------------------
So I decided to use php_gd2.dll 4.2.0 instead of one that is included
in 4.2.1, but at this time php.exe sucks.
