Bug description: php_gd2.dll missing

I have installed the .msi for php 5.2.3 and jpgraph. When trying to use
jpgraph I get the error
"PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'./php_gd2.dll'
- Thespecified module could not be found."
I do not have it on my pc, but the documentation seems to imply that it
should come with the installer.
