Floating point values have a limited precision. Hence a value might 
not have the same string representation after any processing. That also
includes writing a floating point value in your script and directly 
printing it without any mathematical operations.

echo  round( .6245, 3 ) // Output 0.625

In the 1st example If the 2nd last value is < 5 and last value is 5
then it adding one in the last value after rounding.
