PHP Bug Type:     Compile Failure
Bug description: mysqli extension can't compile with Mysql 5.1.20-beta release

Description:
------------
Since Mysql release 5.1.20-beta, 'gptr' char pointer (previously defined
in include/mysql.h) does no more exist.
Consequently, as mysqli extension intensively needs this definition, the
compilation crashes for this extension.

I propose to add these three lines within the ext/mysqli/mysqli.h file,
just after the 'mysql.h' include line:

#if MYSQL_VERSION_ID > 50119
typedef char * gptr;
#endif

This works fine!
