Bug description:  it's impossible to reference the class using a variable

Description:

documentation for Scope Resolution Operator (::) states "As of PHP 5.2.4,
it's possible to reference the class using a variable", which is not true.
example 19.12 is wrong

Reproduce code:

class MyClass {
    const CONST_VALUE = 'A constant value';
}

$classname = 'MyClass';
echo $classname::CONST_VALUE;

echo MyClass::CONST_VALUE;

?>

Expected result:
----------------
A constant valueA constant value

Actual result:
--------------
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM, expecting
',' or ';' in /home/alhambra/www/tst/test.php on line 8
