Bug description: Warning message generated by strtr() contains an extra
dot(".") char
Description:

Warning message generated by strtr() contains an extra dot(".") char, when
the second ('replace_pairs') argument is not an array.
It happens only with php5.
Reproduce code:

var_dump( strtr("hello", "string") );
?>
Expected result:
