I have the sam problem. I installed PHP and the test.php or info.php worked fine. I installed MySQL and before starting tha install, I tested again the info.php... -> now I'mg getting this acces problem. I used the latest version of PHP and MySQL. I use WinXP-Prof , IIS 5.1. All I have in it it's (just a test): <? phpinfo(); ?> And when I try to open this page I have the following result : Invalid access to memory location I'm using IIS,PHP4.2.2 and the ISAPI,but when I change to Cgi-Binary ,It's no problem!
