Bug description:  qpopper - crash

It's old problem
qpopper seems not working with php. 
if i use imap_open on port 110 apache dies with segmentation fault. I hear
it's about some non-standart qpopper retrun codes. But maybe patch is
possible. with segmentation fault good DoD is possible....
