Description: ------------ 1. Downloaded php-5.2.5-win32-installer.msi. 2. Double clicked to run it. 3. Pressed 'Run' button on 'Open File - Security Warning' dialog. 4. Got error message titled 'Windows Installer'. 5. Repeated above steps three times just in case there was an intermittent down load error. Expected result: ---------------- The installer to succeed without errors. Actual result: -------------- Error message read 'This installation package could not be opened.
