Bug description: XMLReader::isValid returns false always
Description:

XMLReader::isValid gives false for all valid XML I had. All files parses
correctly but sometimes XMLReader::read generates PHP Worning.
Reproduce code:

var_dump($reader->isValid());

Expected result:
