Bug description: ignore_user_abort() sometimes do not work !

Hello !
ignore_user_abort( false ) sometimes do not work !
In this example when I press STOP button in my browser script does not
stop. It runs till max_execution_time is reached.
Server: 1.3.39.
Reproduce code:

Script must stop execution.
Actual result:

Script runs till max_execution_time is reached.
