Bug description: Sybase ODBC Driver odbc_exec
Description:

Sybase ODBC driver for ASE 15 loaded on Server and connectivity tested.
Error message on odbc_exec is "[Sybase][ODBC Driver]Optional feature not
implemented, SQL state HYC00 in SQLSetStmtOption."

$ds=odbc_connect("WEB_PRD1","myloginname","mypassword");
print_r($ds); //prints resource id#
$rq = odbc_exec($ds, 'select * from UserOfficeCounty;');
Expected result:
----------------
I expect $rq to contain rows of user, office and county from the table.
Actual result:
