Bug description: Mismatching allocation and deallocation in stresstest.cpp

In file sapi/isapi/stresstest/stresstest.cpp:274
HANDLE *threads = new HANDLE[numThreads];
<code removed>
delete threads;
You allocate memory using [], but you delete the memory without []. This
is illegal in C++. If you allocate with [] you should also delete with [].
I didn't check if the problem is with earlier versions also.
