Thank you for helping us make PHP better. We are asking for more info (a backtrace)... I would also recommend to use the FCGI interface instead of the ISAPI. The problem is certainly related to security/authentication and such, since if you run the worker process under a named admin account, then the crashes at regular intervals dissappear. The thing is that PHP does still cause a fault on exit, which is a bit unpleasant, especially if you develop your own ISAPI modules and or PECL extensions alongside PHP. It makes it much harder to trace memory leaks in ones own code, and so on.
