Recompile with libexpat or downgrade libxml. One of those will sort you out. A change to libxml will be in the next release, though the patch isn't in their repository yet. This issue breaks lots of web apps (Wordpress as we heard here, Typo3 as we heard in our bug tracker at Gentoo) and considering that the last release of 5.2.x is supposed to be released tomorrow, this sounds rather urgent...
