Bug description: QUERY STRINGS ARE IGNORED

Hi there,

I am running PHP on a virtual Apache Server (Version 1.3.27) on a WINDOWS
XP-computer. All the scripts are executed, but QUERY-STRINGS are ignored.
The $QUERY_STRING-variable contains nothing, even if a string is
transmitted to the script.

Thanx.
