Does the solution provided in #10821 work for you?

If I run PHP from the command line, it works fine. But if I try to
execute any PHP script, no matter how simple, the iPlanet portal shuts
down. Win2K logs the following error...
The description for Event ID ( 25 ) in Source ( WebServer 4.1 ) cannot
be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. The following information is part of the event:
https-enlace_2, 0.

I'm new to PHP, I've tried setting every logging parameter in the
php.ini file and havn't gotten anything....

Please, give me a clue, throw me a bone,

Yes. But I had trouble figuring out how to get a back trace based on
the link that was sent...

We asked for a backtrace, not for a dump of your php.ini.
