Bug description: ReflectionMethod::getParemeters() does not return parameters
of memcache::set()
Description:

ReflectionMethod::getParemeters() does not return parameters of
memcache::set().
Reproduce code:

$method = new reflectionMethod('memcache', 'set');
echo (sizeof($method->getParameters()) ? 'OK' : 'KO');
Expected result:
----------------
'OK'
Actual result:
--------------
'KO'
