Bug description: Crash with set error_log var
Description:

I did set error_log var in php.ini and tested the phpinfo() function.
Result: Firefox and IE loaded the page one second and then forwarding to:
connection reset.
I tested it with mysql_connect() too, same result.
I comment error_log variable then, all was ok.
Used PHP5 (php5apache2_2.dll) as modul in Apache, Apache as service.
Modules commented out: mysql, mysqli, pdo_mysql
Reproduce code:

phpinfo();
//or
mysql_connect("l","root"); mysql_query("SET NAMES utf8"); echo
mysql_error();
Expected result:
----------------
The phpinfo, or an error of mysql/nothing
Actual result:
--------------
I commented error_log in php.ini.
Now I dont have the problem anymore.
