When I go to my page its fine but every once and a while (gotten faster by simply constantly refreshing) this error occurs (when visiting http://brwarner.co.cc): Warning: Unknown: open_basedir restriction in effect. Even if it only happens every once in a while I would like to fix it so that people visiting the site do not think it is broken.
