Description:
------------
I don't know what to do, i tried a lot of things to make PHP read a
simple file with special character like "áéíóú.php", but always give the
same error:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in
Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required
'C:/wamp/www/Site/outros/á.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in
Unknown on line 0

Can somebody help me ? :(
