Bug description: Cannot query smalldatetime type columns
Description:

When trying to query a table, with a column whos type is 'smalldatetime',
the code will result in a 500 Internal Error
Reproduce code:
---------------
Create table with the following columns
----------------------------------------
MY_TABLE
----------------------------------------
|(int) ID | (smalldatetime) MY_EXAMPLE |
----------------------------------------
Run:
$result = mssql_query("SELECT MY_EXAMPLE FROM MY_TABLE");
When you run that, you will get a:
500 Internal Server Error
On ArchLinux/Windows
Expected result:
----------------
No 500 Internal Server Error.
Should be able to query the database with no problems
Actual result:

500 Internal Server Error
